We try to ship to as many places around the world as we can. At checkout you will be notified if there are any issues shipping to your address.

​WILL MY ORDER HAVE TRACKING?

If you are in Canada all orders include tracking via Canada Post. If you are in the United States the $9.99 Small Packet USA Air does not include tracking however you can upgrade to the Canada Post Tracked Packet USA shipping option to get tracking for your order. We use Canada Post Tracked Packet International shipping for all worldwide orders (outside of Canada and the United States).

​SHIPPING POLICY

​All online orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Orders will be shipped out via Canada Post. You can see estimated delivery times and shipping options at checkout. Every order is shipped out from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. If you are ordering from outside of Canada duties, brokerage fees or taxes may apply and are not included in the shipping rates.

Your privacy is very important to us. For discretion we ship all our products in discreet packaging. ​INTAMO PRODDUTS RETURN POLICY

At Intamo, customer satisfaction is our top priority and we are committed to making sure all of our Intamo brand products are tested to be high quality and safe before being shipped out. Please check your shipment upon arrival to make sure there has been no damage in transit.

If a shipment has damaged product please reach out to us at info@intamopleasurables.com within 48 hours of the shipment being received and we will offer a resolution.

If you are not completely satisfied with any Intamo brand products, we offer a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee from the purchase date. To set up a refund please email info@intamopleasurables.com and a customer service representative will be happy to help you out. If you are returning a product for a refund, you (the customer) are responsible for the cost of returning the unused portion of the product back to Intamo. Once we have received the product please allow 1-2 business days for processing and we will return the full amount back to your original method of payment.

Due to intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased sex toys and products unless defective. We do this for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. This Policy is especially enforced due to the current covid-19 crisis.

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our store they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

This policy includes but is not limited to:

-Kink accessories (paddles, handcuffs, floggers, rope and more)

-Intimate wearables (thongs, harnesses, bikinis, and more)

-Accessories (earrings, condoms and more)
